I’ve been down with a cold 🤧 these last couple of days. Lord, how I hate not being on my game and getting out there and being my usual peppy fit self. . I didn’t even feel like cooking, baking or creating recipes. Ugh! Totally not me 🤧 . . The funny thing is, somehow my brain must have known this was coming because I had totally cleaned the house, done all the laundry and made a big pan of Enchiladas and a batch of frijoles 👩‍🍳 earlier in the week.
